1. Who we are
The Site presents Lawgorithm and channels to get in touch. Operational details of the private beta product, when offered under separate agreements, may be governed by additional terms, data processing addenda, or orders at onboarding; this notice is limited to the Site unless those instruments expressly incorporate it by reference.

For the purposes of the Singapore PDPA, you may reach our data-protection contact at the same address until a dedicated inbox or officer title is published here. We may verify identity before disclosing or correcting personal data.
Addresses shown on the Site: Singapore HQ appears as “Singapore · Suntec City Tower 1” without suite or floor particulars until confirmed for public directory use; Singapore Lab at 75 Ayer Rajah Crescent. They are published for bona fide correspondence only.
2. What the Site does (and does not do)
The Site is a static HTML/CSS/JavaScript bundle hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) (object storage and content delivery), with deployment centred on the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Pages are served over HTTPS.
The codebase for lawgorithm.sg does not ship third-party advertising or behavioural analytics scripts; we do not operate behavioural ad networks on the Site.
The Site includes a contact form. In the current implementation the default submit action is handled in the browser (JavaScript interception): form fields are not posted to a Lawgorithm-operated API endpoint from this static Site. Users are directed to their mail client to send email to contact@lawgorithm.sg; that email is processed like ordinary business correspondence and may contain personal data you choose to include.
3. Information stored on your device
The Site may store small amounts of data in your browser:

We classify these as essential for basic Site functionality, not for cross-site tracking. You may clear them in browser settings; the Site may then revert to defaults or show the banner again.
4. Server logs and infrastructure
As with any website, AWS and network providers may generate server, edge, or security logs (for example IP address, timestamp, requested URL, User-Agent) when you access the Site. Default logging settings evolve with AWS; logs are used for operations and security, not for sale of personal data, and are subject to our cloud account posture and subprocessors’ terms.
5. Email and inquiries
If you email contact@lawgorithm.sg, we receive your address, message body, and attachments you send. We use that information to respond and to progress legitimate enquiries about Lawgorithm. We do not add you to general marketing lists unless you clearly opt in elsewhere.
6. PDPA and your rights
We aim to handle personal data consistently with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) where it applies to Site-related processing. You may have rights of access, correction, and in some cases portability or objection, subject to statutory exceptions and identity verification.
To exercise rights or raise questions, contact contact@lawgorithm.sg. We may ask for reasonable evidence of identity. If you reside outside Singapore, other regimes (for example the GDPR) may apply in parallel; this notice is not an exhaustive conflict-of-laws analysis.
7. Retention
Email and related correspondence are retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected (for example responding to you, legal duties, or bona fide business records), unless law requires a longer period.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when the Site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects substantive edits. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to alert you (for example updating the date prominently or, where appropriate, an on-Site banner). Where permitted by law, continued use after notice may indicate awareness of the revised terms. Some users may retain mandatory statutory rights notwithstanding browse-wrap language.
